BRSD Home Instruction Information

Home instruction is the provision of one-to-one instruction in the student’s place of residence or other appropriate setting due to a health condition, need for treatment, court order or exclusion from general education for disciplinary or safety reasons.

If a parent is requesting Home Instruction for their child due to medical reasons, the following form must be completed and returned to the Building Principal if the student is in grades K to 6, or the Guidance Department if the student is in grades 6 to 12.
